Need to cancel your Uorovi VIP membership or subscription? We make it simple.
How to Cancel
- Email 8.air.peaks@icloud.com from the address linked to your membership.
- Include your order number and full name.
- We'll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours by email.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You'll continue to enjoy your VIP benefits until then. You won't be charged again after that date.
Refunds on Membership Fees
Membership fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of the very first charge and have not used any VIP benefits, contact us and we'll process a full refund.
What You Keep
Any Uorovi orders placed and delivered while your membership was active are yours to keep.
