We stand behind every Uorovi timepiece. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

30 Day Returns

You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.

How to Request a Return

1. Email 8.air.peaks@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We'll reply with a return address and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item back with tracking. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return. Free gifts must be returned along with the primary item.

Damaged or Defective

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different style or color. Follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.
